My professional background includes a variety of experiences, and that variety has given me a highly valuable skill set. Before nursing, I was an EMT and practiced in rural Alberta. Since completing my RN in 2009 I have worked in a variety of nursing roles including bedside roles in critical and post-operative care, acute pain management, informatics, education and leadership. Before I managed the dental clinic at Foothills hospital, I provided in-house education to the registered dental assistants, and provided regular coverage for nursing in complex patient sedations. 

I have continuously developed my clinical, technical and interpersonal skills in each role I have taken on. I consistently build connections with my patients and clients - going the extra mile to ensure that they have the best experience possible.
